ESTIMATOR / DRAFTER: All Branches throughout Alberta and Saskatoon, Sask.
Description
The Estimator / Drafter is the technical specialist on each assigned job. The Estimator/Drafter works closely with Sales personnel to prepare quotations and orders for the jobs assigned. The Estimator understands the customer’s requirements and the costs associated with meeting those revenue goals. You and your team are responsible for supporting the company vision, mission and values.
You are a team player and have a pronounced sense of urgency and demonstrate a strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills. You are a problem solver. You may or may not have industry experience, but you will have a post-secondary education in drafting or equivalent experience in using CAD based drafting systems. 20/20 experience is preferred.
SALES AND DESIGN: All Branches Throughout Alberta and Saskatoon, Sask.

The Sales & Design Consultant might be considered the “Project Manager” on each assigned job. You must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our product lines, services and capabilities and ensure that the customer knows exactly what they are getting, at what cost and when. You serve as a key educator and the primary customer service agent to our valued customers. You sincerely enjoy people. You are an outgoing, creative force with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. You treat others with respect and understand the critical importance of listening to your customer, assessing their needs and then working to fulfill their requirements creatively and in a timely fashion. You are a team player and a team leader when necessary. Your creativity is balanced with an up-to-date computer literacy and attention to detail. Your appearance at all times is stylish, modern and in alignment with the company image. A post-secondary education in design, commerce or related discipline is required as well as a minimum of 2 years related experience.
CABINETMAKER : Red Deer, Alberta
Description
You are a Certified Cabinetmaker with a minimum 3-5 years experience in the manufacture of custom cabinetry. You have been trained to specifically create or prepare parts for custom cabinetry. You may or may not be a Red Seal certified, but it would definitely be an asset if you were.
PLANT SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN: Red Deer, Alberta
Description
The Factory Foremen are responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of employees. The Foremen are also responsible for resolving problems and recommending work measures to improve productivity. Factory Foremen will also be responsible for the training of employees, monitoring performance and attendance, and taking corrective action as needed.
You are a leader with a minimum 3 years experience in a wood processing environment (preferably cabinetry) and knowledge of manufacturing procedures for production lines with competing deadlines. You are self motivated, dependable, reliable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You are an excellent problem solver and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A relocation allowance will be offered should the successful candidate does not already live in Red Deer.
