The attention to detail and consistent effort to please our customers does not go unnoticed at the design stage. When it is time to install the cabinets the great service continues. Westridge always make sure the cabinets are delivered on time and the installer starts and completes the project on time. Dave Head their installer is not only the best cabinet installer but also a great person to deal with. If any issues arise during the install the entire team at Westridge is available at a moment’s notice to fix any and all issues. The attitude of the customer comes first is always present with any dealings at Westridge. The process they have in place is unbeatable and should be commended. I personally value the great relationships I have with the people at Westridge starting with Randall the manager and continuing through to Ed in sales. We were able to meet with you at a time that worked for my husband and I and you were able to walk us through the process of choices easily and gave us plenty of time for us to choose something we could agree upon. The printouts of what the kitchen would look like were very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted. Our favorite part is almost everything – the base cabinet drawers, the finishing to the ceiling, the dark wood, the countertop. There were no surprises with pricing – everything was up front and we were on budget, the showroom certainly helped us with the selection of colors, crown molding style, etc. Thanks again!
