The Westridge Lifetime Limited Warranty

Westridge Cabinets Ltd. warrants to the original consumer purchaser of Westridge Cabinets that, under normal use, the cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery for as long as the consumer purchaser owns them. In the event that there is a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, the defect, free of charge within 30 days of written notification. This warranty is effective for products manufactured after March 1, 1998.

Lifetime Limited Warranty on Drawer Slides and Door Hinges

Drawer slides and door hinges used in Westridge Cabinets are warranted by the original manufacturer (not Westridge) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. This original manufacturers warranty is passed through to the original consumer purchaser and in most instances, repair or replacement can be obtained by contacting Westridge Cabinets.

This Warranty does not cover:

Cabinets that are misused, abused, neglected, changed, modified, improperly installed or stored.
The cost of removal, transportation, or installation.
Any labour costs, or consequential damage.
Mirrors that develop “black edges”.
Any product used or installed in conjunction with Westridge Cabinets (such as plumbing fixtures, gas or electric appliances).
Countertop labour and materials used in conjunction with Westridge Cabinets (these will be individually warranted by either the manufacturer or the installation company).

This Warranty is void if the cabinets are damaged in transit, or if damage or failure is caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, damage in an accident, improper maintenance, or any repairs other than those authorized by Westridge Cabinets.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty by Westridge Cabinets and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and is further limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or materials only.

Verification of the original date of purchase may be required before warranty services are rendered. Merchandise is not to be returned to Westridge Cabinets without written authorization from Westridge Cabinets Customer Service Department.
